PAYMENT POLICY:
- Payment is due and payable no later than the day of service.
- Prepayment accounts can be arranged as an option.
- Monthly billing is only available by credit card or upfront deposit.
Appointment CANCELLATION Policy:
- It is the student's responsibility to give notice and reschedule in a timely manner.
- Students should give a minimum 24-HOURS notice by phone, voicemail, email or in person.
- All such canceled appointments will be opened for other students’ use.
- Prepaid lessons that are missed can be rescheduled without a fee.
NO-SHOW Policy:
- Missed lessons that students fail to cancel may be charged full rate, but students may request a reschedule.
- Recurring STUDENT ABSENTEEISM may result in suspension.
- Unpaid student fees will result in account termination.
Temporary INACTIVE STATUS:
- A student may foresee personal circumstances that will cancel several weeks of riding.
- Inactive status is available when the student pre-notifies prior to missing the first lesson.
- Inactive students' appointments will be opened for other students’ use.
Other CANCELLATIONs:
- All MAJOR HOLIDAYS - NO CLASSES. New Years Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day.
- Weekend students, please note: cancellations & rescheduling may occur for shows / clinics.
- Students must contact the office ASAP to update any changes in their contact information.
- A class may be canceled by the Equestrian Center due to extreme weather, heavy rain, thunder, lightning, power failures, horse injuries, situations of risk, instructor sickness etc.; but such cancellations will not be subject to any fees or make-up requirements. Students will be notified ASAP with their contact information on file. If possible, the instructor will make optional classes available as an alternative choice for students.
FUTURE ENROLLMENT: Continuing students will have early enrollment privileges each semester.

RIDING LESSONS

Gain life-enriching experience through the mastery of horsemanship skills in our horseback-riding program. Our certified instructors introduce you to the wonderful world of horses as you've never known before. The weekly program includes riding lessons in small groups, where you will learn both English and western styles. Our proven schooling horses are well trained and well cared for, not overworked, and NEVER rented to the public. Different varieties of colors, sizes, and breed types make every week seem like owning a different horse!
Quality instruction at all levels of riding, both English & western is available for young and adult riders, from beginner to advanced levels. The environment is a wholesome family atmosphere, in a clean, safe, and well-organized facility, with courteous and knowledgeable staff.
Riders wear SEI/ASTM approved riding helmets (provided), and appropriate footwear & clothing. Note: Minimum age requirement = 8

where the emphasis is safety & education.
